Emandar Group was formed by George Mastrocostas with a corporate philosophy to participate and lead in the creation of quality, innovation and commercially sustainable development either on its own or by way of joint venture. 

This outcome is strived for through a combination of sound marketing understanding, prudent selection of development opportunities and a creative flair in architectural design and construction.

Emandar Group’s first project was the $85M Silvershore on the Broadwater development which was completed in November 2008 by way of joint venture. The Group was responsible for the complete Project Management including:

  • seeking and successfully attaining Town Planning and other necessary Statutory Approvals
  • Construction Budgets and Costings
  • Subcontractor Tendering, Negotiations & Letting
  • Construction Management
  • Sales and Marketing 

Silvershore was completed on budget and 3 months ahead of schedule due to the unique construction methodologies that were incorporated by the
Emandar Group.

Our sales and marketing division works with external real estate agents to ensure the broadest possible and most far reaching sales campaigns are conducted to ensure the maximum success for the Group.

 

Construction

Emandar controls quality and attention to detail by undertaking the construction of all developments and has the ability to handle a variety of projects.
